Learn About Us

9ku was born from a simple but important insight — millions of people in Bangladesh want a safe, accessible online gaming platform that operates in Bangla. Respecting that need, we have built an environment where every player can enjoy gaming in their own language, with familiar payment methods, and in complete comfort.

Our platform offers world-class slots, exciting cricket betting and a live casino experience. By working with leading game providers such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI and Spribe, we continuously enrich our game library. For cricket fans in Bangladesh, we offer betting on BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL and other major cricket tournaments both at home and abroad.

9ku's mission is to make every player's experience enjoyable and safe. We believe that with accurate information, transparent rules and fast payment processing, players can get the most out of their entertainment. That is why we are always committed to the principles of fair play.

With Bangladeshi players in mind, we offer easy deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. Deposits start from as little as ৳200, and withdrawals are typically completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Our goal is to keep players' funds secure and make every transaction fast and hassle-free.

Our support team provides service in Bangla via live chat 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The team is always ready to help with any question, issue or suggestion. We believe that outstanding customer support is what truly makes a platform trustworthy.

Responsible gaming is at the heart of 9ku's values. We serve only those aged 21 and above and view gaming as a form of entertainment — not as an alternative source of income. Our platform includes tools such as deposit limits, self-exclusion and awareness resources to help players maintain healthy gaming habits.
